SET Series Double-srew Extruding Granulator
Description:
Complete sets of equipment for wet granulation mainly consist of equipment formixing,granulating,dry in and auxiliary system. Powder material being mixed isdelivered into granulator sideband then to get end granular product throughdrying ,thus achieving the goal of granulation.
SET Type Double- Screw Granulator has two models of front and side for materialto be extrude out. Diameters of granular product granulated by front model maybe normally selected between 1.5mm-12mm, and by side model can be normallyselected between 0.7mm-2.0mm.Granules are cylindrically shaped. The rate of endproduct is equal to more than 95%.
Application:
Principle:
In solid and liquid coexistence and predominantly solid dispersions, using dispersions of self-adhesive (or plus) bonding, by forcing way (such as extrusion, gravity, centrifugal force and mechanical force, air force, etc.) make the basic particles of solid powder bonding, increase each other, and form a certain shape and uniform particle size, concentration of particle group. The complete set of wet granulation equipment is mainly composed of mixing (kneading), granulation, drying and auxiliary system equipment. After the powder is mixed (kneaded and mixed), it enters the granulator to form the wet product with required particle size, and the granulated product is obtained after drying, so as to achieve the purpose of granulation.
